About

A small practice for reports that face the public

Tool Springhub began as freelance charting support for district programmes in the New Territories. We now prepare full reporting packs and community analytics summaries for organisations that must explain results under scrutiny.

Mission

Our mission is straightforward: help Hong Kong public bodies and community service providers present figures that are honest, readable, and anchored in records they already keep. We care more about defensible footnotes than decorative visuals.

How we work

Engagements start with intake of past returns and indicator dictionaries. We freeze definitions early, draft in layers (structure, then charts, then narrative), and insist on a second reader before anything leaves for committee. When a requested indicator cannot be sourced, we say so in writing rather than smoothing over the gap.

Much of the work happens remotely. When teams prefer paper drafts and wall charts, we meet at Technology Plaza, Tsuen Wan, or travel to offices across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
